Regular check-in time is after 3 PM and that is the time when we guarantee a ready room.
If you arrive earlier and the room is ready before 3 PM, you can check in immediately upon arrival. If the room is not ready, you can spend time in our restaurant or wellness center.
Regular check-out time is by 10 AM, and late check-out depends on room availability. If available, you can use the room until 6 PM for an additional fee.
We can confirm if the room is available for late check-out only on the day of departure.
Dinner is served from 7 to 9:30 PM. After 09:30 PM, the restaurant is closed and food orders are no longer possible. Drinks can be ordered until 11 PM.
The hotel reception is open 24/7.
The basic service is bed and breakfast. Breakfast is served on a buffet table.
Lunch is served, with a choice between different menu options.
The minimum age limit for staying in our hotel is 16+.
To ensure the fastest and most comfortable service possible, we kindly ask you to have your accommodation unit number ready when arriving for a meal. Upon request by our staff, guests are required to present their room key or card, or provide the number of their accommodation unit. If a guest refuses the requested verification, the hotel reserves the right to deny access to dining services until the guest’s entitlement to the meal has been confirmed.
