The most important factor in determining the length of your sauna visit is your personal feeling, although it is generally recommended that a sauna session lasts between 10 to 15 minutes. After leaving the sauna, it is important to take a shower to cool down the body, but be sure to first shower your feet, legs, and arms, and then the rest of your body. After showering, it is recommended to rest in the designated relaxation area, where you can enjoy tea or refresh yourself with water or fruit to replace lost fluids. The entire process is usually repeated 3 times.
